"(je conserve la 5e étoile pour des lieux extraordinaires / hors normes) Les mets sont vraiment de très bonne qualité (burger normal et du chef, bœuf bourguignon, tripes de Caen, île flottante, crème brûlée, . ) L'accueil est chaleureux et efficace (on était hors saison) Se hombre au tableau, le décor qui pourrait être plus chaleureux. Mais c'est très bien pour un repas en famille/collègues/amis"

"Je pense que la gérante devrait prendre des cours d'accueil clientèle...Et le coup d'internet pour paiement CB , trop facile !!! Clients sans espèces ou chèque , bah...on fait comment ? Arrivée à 11h45, sur réservation, dimanche 26 novembre. Résa effectuée 7 jours en amont. La responsable nous dit : dslée je termine préparations pour la gde table... Ok ... Sommes restée là debout, elle n'a même pas demandé le nom de la résa ! Rien a dire sur la prestation du repas, frites excellentes (dixit une ch'ti pure souche). Et vient le paiement.... Madame dit avoir pb internet, donc espèces ou chèque. Parait que c'est 1 "pb récurrent"... Ben voyons ! Disons que c'est 1 moyen détourné de se faire sa caisse noire... Fille de commerçant, je ne suis pas dupe... Madame n'est absolument pas à la hauteur !!! Accueil zéro ! Heureusement que la jeune fille serveuse remonte le niveau !!! Des tas de personnes du secteur vous exècrent par votre absence totale de fibre commerciale et d'accueil. Vous avez perdu nombreux clients! Changez de métier et laissez place à plus compétents !"

"Voor een bistro bij de supermarkt is het erg netjes en het eten is prima. Er zijn nauwelijks vegetarische gerechten, maar het personeel is zeer bereid iets te improviseren. Gezien er in de buurt weinig anders beschikbaar was, zijn we hier gaan eten, maar het overtrof de verwachtingen. Ga zo door!"
